Welcome to IPA Toolkit (the “Service”). By accessing or using this website and related features, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

The Service provides tools for online and offline IPA signing, modification, and analysis, as well as P12 certificate-related utilities. Some features require an account and are subject to storage, bandwidth, or upload limits. We may adjust the scope of features as needed for operations and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized use, contact us promptly and take steps such as changing your password. • Process only app packages, certificates, and provisioning profiles that you are authorized to handle, and not infringe others’ lawful rights;

We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate access if we find violations, except where law requires otherwise.

5. Uploaded Content and Privacy

Files and materials you upload are used only to complete the processing flows offered by the Service. When offline tools run in your local browser, related data is not uploaded to our servers by default. Online features may temporarily store necessary files during processing and clean them up according to service rules. Do not upload unrelated content or material more sensitive than the task requires.

6. Intellectual Property

The website’s interface, marks, copy, software, and documentation are owned by the Service operator or the respective rights holders. Rights in apps and related materials you upload or process remain with their respective owners; use of the Service does not transfer third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from network failures, third-party outages, device differences, changes in certificate or provisioning-profile status, force majeure, or your misuse of the Service. Signing results, installability, and validity may depend on certificate type, device, and OS version; we do not guarantee success in every scenario.

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue parts of the Service. Material changes will be indicated through site notices or similar means. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may also terminate access for serious violations.
